Enrolment options

This course is designed for any teacher leader that identifies as a coach or mentor. Participants will grow and learn in skills such as designing professional learning, fostering emotional resilience, facilitating adult learning, and advocating for equity and social justice as a leader and a coach. Participants will take a close look at their own coaching and mentoring, as well as the current professional learning opportunities within their context in hopes to better understand their professional learning needs. Participants will learn the contexts and lenses in which to analyze and design professional learning and coaching relationships. With support from the instructors and peers, participants will propose and design a professional learning plan. Participants will learn from the instructor and from one another. Course content and assignments will be personalized to the participants’ individual needs and context.
