Canvas on the Horizon

Canvas preparation is underway! While faculty access to Canvas will be granted far in advance of our full migration in Fall 2026, we’re beginning the testing process with a small group of courses in Spring 2026. This limited pilot will allow a small group of faculty to teach a live Spring course fully in Canvas. Please use the Canvas Pilot Application Form to submit your information between now and September 15. We plan to select participants and reach out to them on or around October 1.

Course Retention Policy

Faculty: Courses are retained for 3 full years, then deleted in August (more information can be found in our Course Retention Policy).

Students: Courses are hidden from student view a few weeks after the end of each semester, in order to comply with copyright restrictions.
